Hara completed her undergraduate studies at the Department of Psychology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2011, she has been working as a psychologist in the Air Force with her main areas of employment being personnel selection and psychometrics. Her professional activities led her to obtain a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. At the same time, she is trained in the Cognitive Psychotherapies Program of the 1st University Clinic of the Aeginitio Hospital.
Her research interests include the construction and weighting of psychometric instruments. Since 2017 she is actively involved in the evaluation of companies with the best working environment in Greece.
Hara is a professor at the graduate level at the ICPS College of Humanities and a trainer in the professional Counseling Skills program.
