Marina Mosha

B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc.

Marina is a holder of M.A. M.A. in Clinical Psychology and MSc. Positive Psychotherapy, Psychotherapist, specializing in sexual health.

She is trained in Gestalt psychotherapy and has attended training seminars in counselling and family psychotherapy. Her supervised internship, at Larue Carter Memorial Hospital, Indianapolis USA with a behavioral-cognitive approach. She worked in psychiatric clinics in Athens from 1992 to 2011. She is currently in private practice.

Her clinical experience dates back to 1992 in psychiatric clinics. She worked for 24 years with Thanos Askitis in Greece and together they founded the Medical Centre for Sexual Health in Nicosia, Cyprus.
She has participated in the writing of books on psychology, sex life, gender relations and the difficult period of adolescence: “Sexual Health”, “The Mental and Sexual Life of Women”, “For You Teenagers”, “Aphrodisiology: Sexually Transmitted Infections of the Genital Organs” by Ioannou D. Strategiou, “A Practical Guide to Depression” and in many books in the free publications of OPSY.
She participated in the writing team of Thanos Askitis in the primary education books “Sexual Education and Intersex Relations” for students aged 6-12 years old and teachers, published by the National Youth Foundation of the Ministry of Education (2006-2008).
She participates in workshops, psychiatric-psychological conferences, scientific research, lectures and experiential groups in associations and schools. Extensive articles in the printed and electronic press.

Member of the Hellenic Society for Mental and Sexual Health Education.
