Sotiris has been involved in executive education for the last twenty-two years, designing and delivering programs in areas such as leadership, sales, customer service and presentation techniques. He was General Manager of the Greek branch of Dale Carnegie Training, with responsibilities in the development and organization of the company’s programs in Greece. In the past, he has served as Academic Director and lecturer of undergraduate and postgraduate programs of British and Swiss Universities, in collaboration with Greek Colleges, in the field of Business Administration. He also teaches Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at postgraduate level.

Sotiris has also worked in Shipping (Hellenic Shipyards Skaramanga) and Packaging (K. Grammatopoulos SA) with responsibilities in the field of human resources management.
He is a certified lecturer of EKDDA and a Lead Assessor ISO9001. He has been working with ICPS since 2007. He is a member of the Academic Staff of the College’s Department of Psychology and the College’s CEDIM2 and is the Business Education Manager.
His research interests include business change management and innovation.
