Fill in the Expression of Interest Form for the programme you want. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 210.645.65.65 or email us at admissions@icps.edu.gr.

Contacting the Student Advisor
We will schedule your telephone or in-person appointment with one of our ICPS Training Consultants. Find out every detail about the program you’re interested in. Our Consultants are experienced professionals in the field of education and have the skills to help you make the right choice of program and training modality.

Application for Registration
Complete the Registration Application Form, which will be sent to you electronically and provide the necessary supporting documents. The Education Advisor will guide you through the process of gathering all the necessary documentation that will accompany the application. Your Application will be evaluated within fifteen days and you will receive a response so that you can proceed to the next step.

Academic Interview
If you are interested in a Master’s degree programme, you have one more step to complete your registration. The academic interview! The interview will take place with one of the senior members of our Academic Department. Following the interview, the Admissions Committee will evaluate your entire application and you will be notified shortly of the outcome.

Tuition Fee Arrangement
Arrange how you will pay the tuition fees corresponding to your Programme of Study in cooperation with the Finance Department and pay the agreed registration fee to secure your place.

Letter of Acceptance
Once the above procedure is completed and your file is approved by the Registration Committee, you will receive your Letter of Acceptance. The Letter of Acceptance is the final step in the application and registration process. You will be invited within a certain period of time to reply if you accept the position we offer you.

Requirements
Bachelor
Completed and signed registration form
Certificate of completion of Secondary Education and detailed marks. (Translated into English and certified)
Proof of deposit of the registration fee
English Language Proficiency Certificate of at least B2 level (TOEFL, IELTS, CAMBRIDGE)
Valid copy of passport
Personal Statement (Personal Statement: describes your goals and why you wish to study in this programme.)
Colour passport-style photographs (4)
Proof of Financial Capability if a VISA is required
Master
Completed and signed registration form
Copy of the first University degree – Bachelor’s degree and detailed grades
Proof of deposit of the registration fee
English Language Proficiency Certificate of at least C1 level (TOEFL, IELTS, CAMBRIDGE)
Valid copy of passport
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Personal Statement of Purpose: State your reasons for choosing the programme and the college. Describe your academic goals, your career path and how the program of study relates to them).
Color passport-style photographs (4)
Proof of Financial Capability if VISA is required
