Constantinos Pappas
President / Director General
Since 2006, when he took office, Constantinos Pappas has assembled a large team of excellent academics, has defined innovative operating and quality assurance procedures and has increased the number of courses offered tenfold, making the College a top choice in the field in Greece.
Management Team
Dr Babis Fountoulakis is Director of Academic Affairs at the College from March 2020.
He is responsible for the academic management of the College, overseeing the smooth running of the academic programmes and ensuring the quality of studies.
His role also includes coordinating with staff and students, developing new curricula and enhancing research activity.
Coming from the largest academy in Qatar and the field of sport psychology, with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Fountoulakis remains committed to the continuous development and support of students, constantly striving for academic and research excellence.

Mrs. Eleni Karageorgiou joined the ICPS team in 2022.
She has over 20 years of experience in managing organizational activities, administrative services and personnel in the Education and Maritime sectors.
At ICPS, as Director of Administrative Affairs, Ms. Karageorgiou is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions of the College.
With her broad knowledge and experience in human resource management and in the optimization of administrative processes, Ms. Karageorgiou has contributed substantially to the development and upgrading of the College's services.

The cooperation of Ms. Mary Violaki's cooperation with the College exceeds 8 years.
She has more than two decades of experience in the fields of Accounting, Tax and Labour issues, specialised in the field of Education and other activities.
At ICPS, as Head of the Finance Department, Ms. Violaki has been responsible for the organization and supervision of all financial activities of the College.
With her experience and expertise, she has been able to improve the financial procedures of ICPS, contributing to its increased efficiency.

Ms. Ariadni Hatzopoulou has a coordinating and developmental role in the Academic Affairs Department of ICPS on issues of Academic Procedures and Regulations.
With over fifteen years of experience in the private education sector and significant experience in managing student programs and processes, she is constantly in contact with all departments of the organization in order to ensure excellent coordination of all parties involved and immediate resolution of issues.
She actively participates in the upgrading and modernization of academic policies and procedures, contributing significantly to the development of the organization. Her constant contact with students and faculty enhances her ability to understand and respond to the needs and expectations of all parties, strengthening their confidence and satisfaction.

Mrs. Eleftheria Petrakaki has been on the ICPS management team since 2017.
She has held various administrative positions at the College and has many years of experience in her area of specialization in Psychology and Psychotherapy.
At ICPS, as the Coordinator of the Registration Department, Eleftheria Petrakaki is responsible for public information and registration. At the same time, she remains at the students' side as their personal advisor throughout their studies.
With her experience, she contributes to the cultivation of a supportive and encouraging environment for the personal and professional development of ICPS students.

Mrs. Danai Malliori has joined the ICPS management team in 2023 as Head of the Marketing and Communication Department.
She has 10 years of experience in Private Education and has worked professionally in Digital Marketing and other business sectors.
Her main responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing ICPS' communication channels, organizing events, seminars and student activities that enhance interaction, engagement and create opportunities for students.
It aims to develop a dynamic and united student community.

Mrs. Vasiliki Koutsandrea has been part of the ICPS management team since 2018. In the last years, as Internship Coordinator, Ms. Koutsandrea has been in charge of communication and interface with the labour market, placing students in Mental Health Institutions in order to successfully implement the mandatory internship provided in the programs of the College and the ICPS. At the same time, she plays an important role in the subsequent interface of the graduates of the College and the ICPS with institutions.
At the same time, she is a member of the Communication and Marketing Department in the preparation of major events during an academic year and in the coordination of advertising.

Mr. Konstantinos Koutsikos is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy & Psychology of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and will join the ICPS management team in 2021.
At ICPS, as Coordinator of the Academic Registry Office, Mr. Koutsikos has an active role in informing students about their grades and their validation by the Course and Program Councils of the partner institutions.
At the same time, he acts in a supportive capacity to students, providing them with guidance on technical issues concerning the College's platforms, the issuing of documents and certificates and information on the general progress of their studies.

Ms. Venia Thanasoula has joined the ICPS Management Team from 2023. She has extensive experience in private education and her area of expertise is Psychology and Psychotherapy.
At ICPS, Ms. Thanasula serves as the Academic Advisor to students through the innovative support platform of the Student Experience Team. The goal of this team is to maximize the needs of our students and create a supportive learning environment.
The support framework that the Student Experience Team formulates contributes significantly to the sense of security and support that our students feel and, as a result, allows them to focus on their academic and personal development.
