University of Central Lancashire
The State University of Central Lancashire was founded in 1828 in Great Britain with more than 35,000 students studying on 500 undergraduate and 200 postgraduate programmes. It is one of the few higher education institutions in England to have a separate School - not just a Department - of Psychology and, perhaps, the only one to offer 8 specialist undergraduate degrees and a similar number of postgraduate degrees in Psychology. 40 research professors work/teach at the School and a large number of PhD students, who are housed in a specially designed building on the University's main campus. The School's philosophy drives staff to provide students with the opportunities and support not only for extensive knowledge of psychology, but also for developing those skills that will enable them to apply psychology to a range of areas of work and activity. In the recent 'Research Evaluation Exercise 2008', the 70% of the research carried out by the School of Psychology was rated 'International Level'. The Times "Good University Guide 2012" list featured UCLan as the "Top Modern University in the North West". UCLan has maintained a partnership with ICPS since 2007.

Panhellenic Association of Recognized Colleges
The Panhellenic Association of Recognised Colleges was founded in 2017 by 20 founding members, organisations and individuals and is the largest representative body of recognised colleges in Greece. The Association, however, has its roots in the political and judicial struggles that its members have fought for 20 years (from 2000 until today),
a) for the recognition of studies offered in the Colleges through partnerships with foreign universities,
b) to establish rules for the recognition by all competent public bodies of the professional qualifications of graduates of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes; and
c) for the implementation of a legislative framework compatible with the provisions of EU law and the Greek Constitution regarding the licensing and operation of Colleges in Greece.
Just some of the most important results of these struggles have been:
- The consecutive decisions of the Greek Justice (Courts of Appeal & Council of State) in favour of our positions on the professional recognition of graduates of European Universities & Associated Colleges.
- The Letter of Formal Notice & Reasoned Opinion of the European Union against the Hellenic Republic and the subsequent decisions of the Greek Judiciary, which required the Greek Governments to revoke all the unconstitutional provisions imposed on the establishment and operation of Colleges in Greece under Law 3696/2008.
- The legislation on the part of the Hellenic Republic for the recognition of the professional qualifications and rights of graduates of European Universities & Associated Colleges with the law 4093/2012 as amended and in force.
- The Greek Government's (2015) retreat from its decision to impose VAT on education.
- The obligation to "cure" the abolition of the Professional Equivalence (in 2019) with the passing of Law 4635/2019 and the restoration of the recognition procedure at the competent Department of the Ministry of Education.
Today, the Association is the institutional interlocutor of every governmental and non-governmental organization on any issue concerning the operation of Colleges in our country, as well as a point of communication and information for the public on issues concerning Colleges and studies in them.
